India Astrid Design Ltd. is a London based Interior Design and Consultancy business, founded in 2020 and led by Creative Director India Wace.
Aged just 18, India started her career working for Nicolas Haslam, an experience that evoked a passion for the design world. After studying at Newcastle University, India moved into the exciting world of magazines and worked for House & Garden and The World of Interiors. Here her knowledge of suppliers flourished, forming lasting relationships with some of the top interior specialists in the industry. Having spent six years working for Conde Nast, India decided it was time for a change, enrolling at KLC to develop her career in Interior Design. Soon after, India joined the Kit Kemp design team and Firmdale Hotels, overseeing the refurbishments of the Covent Garden Hotel and the Charlotte Street Hotel.
